I Love the design I'm planning to buy for my third child [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

The rocking, vibrating, noises, and light are good. It's definitely MUCH more affordable than any similar product. However, the cry detection requires quite a bit to go off. It would be nice if it addressed even restlessness and cooing. Also, some kind of convenience button to activate it for 10 minutes while sleeping would make this a vastly better product.

My son is 3 1/2 months old. We absolutely loved this bassinet in the beginning. We raved about it to our pregnant friends. The rocking is super clutch when the baby begins to fuss. However, by month 2, the bassinet began making noises when it rocked... like an old rocking chair. My baby is only 12 pounds and when the noise began he was under ten pounds. I thought I’d use this bassinet for my next baby (hence why we spent so much on it), but it doesn’t have the longevity I thought it would.

First off, when the bassinet has no problems - it’s a life saver to rock the baby to sleep. My first bassinet died, it worked one time to test while pregnant & when we tried it once baby was born, it no longer worked. We have now had the replacement for 2 months & now there is a loud almost clicking noise while rocking is in motion. Some days it decides it even wants to turn on & some days it has trouble. For such a pricey bassinet, you’d hope it would work 100% till the recommended age atleast.

I loved it until the vibration stopped working 8 weeks in for my second child. Not sure it’s covered under warranty but super disappointed!

I received the bassinet as a gift and immediately started using it when we brought our baby home. I noticed on more than one occasion my daughter who was 3 weeks would wake up completely side ways in the bassinet. At first I thought it was her wiggling but then i realized it was the speed of the bassinet. Now three months later the bassinet has begun to click. The bassinet has just caused me to be more worried than anything as I am realizing it was the speed of the bassinet when she was three weeks that was causing her to move

I bought this for my granddaughter. She loved the music and rocking but now if it rocks the music won't play and the vibration doesn't work at all. The lights on the buttons flash on and off

What type of screw is needed? Ours didn’t come with any

Great bassinet, baby loves it specially the vibration feature. and sleeps very well. However the vibration stopped working after few weeks of use, then started working all of a sudden on its own, and now it stopped working again. Baby can tell the difference when vibration is not on. Cannot use it now as baby does not sleep without vibration. Expensive for the quality. Expected it to function better.

I hope someone at graco reads this and maybe gets in contact. I love this product but we have only had it for 2 months and the vibrating feature is already not working. I was hoping to replace the unit but after looking they don’t offer a replacement. Not sure what I can do.
