My 19 month old used this bassinet and it worked great (even though we hardly used it) and I kept it to use for my newborn son and it’s not turning on at all…. Super disappointed and thinking it was a waste of money… I thought Graco had better quality products then this. Hope they improve the quality of their products or I’ll continue to invest my money in the 4moms products since I have had no issues with those.

I was really excited to receive this at my baby shower and couldn’t wait to see how it works. After my husband assembled the product, it didn’t turn on. We followed the directions to the T and still can’t figure out why it’s not working. Very disappointed.

I assembled this just as instructed but it will not turn on. I’ve tried multiple outlets and checking all the connections.

We got this as a gift, tried once, worked great...moved 3 feet and now it won't work. Not sure of the cord is shortening out,but not looking forward to disassembling this and trying to return at the store. We were so excited and now are sorely disappointed

I was excited to use this for my newborn finally got to bring him home and the bassinet doesn’t turn on. As a new mom no time to return.

My baby loved it the first 4 weeks but now the motor is so loud I can’t sleep and neither can she. We never moved it and she definitely doesn’t weigh anything close to the max weight. Waste of money wish I would have bought the 4 moms one. Please pass on this information to anyone you know who is thinking about buying this bassinet. Don’t waste your money.

Received as a gift for my baby shower 2 months ago. It will not turn on and now I’m stuck trying to figure out how to order parts!

We bought this ahead of time it was really easy to set up he was working and then about three weeks later we brought our baby home and it won’t even turn on. Very disappointed.

We bought this as an upgrade for our fourth baby. My husband put it together and it worked great and I was so excited to use it. Now that the baby is here and we are ready to use it it’s stopped turning on. We also gave our other bassinet away so now we have one that does nothing and I’m so bummed cause I was incredibly excited for this purchase

Got the bassinet as a baby shower gift. We have started setting up the baby’s room and the bassinet doesn’t even turn on. PLEASE THINK ABOUT BUYING FROM THIS BRAND.
