I used this for my first baby and it did great. But pulled it out to use for my second baby & it no longer rocks. Do not recommend

I got this new as a shower gift in May 2022. I have been using it for my baby for 5 months and 2 days. It now won't turn on. Extremely disappointed as I've been relying so heavily on this product and hoped it would last longer.

My son loves this bassinet but after exactly 3 months the vibration(his favorite feature) stopped working. He went from sleeping almost through the night to waking up every hour.

I like the bassinet in general, it is lightweight but sturdy. It's really disappointing that it only comes with one mattress pad cover and it's not possible to get extras. Unsure how Graco thought that would be ok since babies constantly spit up etc.

this product was my biggest investment this time around. I have learned after having three babies that rocking and sleep go hand in hand for each of my babies and so a bassinet with said feature was a must. unfortunately after 5 months of using this the vibration feature has stopped working and the rocking motion has slowed down. the icons are flashing like it's about to die.

It was nice until it started clicking loudly and the vibrate function stopped working.

Started making a loud noise while rocking and the vibration mode stopped after approximately 6-8 weeks. Contacted graco to fix under warranty and they replaced the base-which fixed the rocking for a short amount of time, but now after using for another month the loud noises have started again. The vibration was never fixed through the warranty process, which is extremely disappointing. When it worked properly my baby loved it.
