We bought this and setup before we had our baby. It looks and feels like a quality product. We've been using it for approximately 3 months and our only complaint is that the music is not that loud and the back light on the menu panel seems to be dying. The lights on all buttons except the power button no longer work. It might need new batteries, but we haven't investigated it.Overall would recommend. The main thing that differentiates itself apart from other bassinets is that it has a programmed set of motion, sounds, and vibration that is activated when it auto-detects crying. It's not 100% accurate but it does work and it's an interesting feature. The fact that it does have a sliding motion (with adjustable speeds) and different sounds and vibrations shows that there is a lot of options for a bassinet compared to others. It doesn't have height adjustments and with just two wheels, it doesn't move as easily so keeping it close to the bed like other bassinets will not work. The top portion also doesn't partially collapse down to make it easier to grab the baby like other bassinet models as well. Overall, there are a lot of features offered to try and soothe a baby with it's auto-detect technology. The bad, it doesn't have the portability or swinging function to keep the bassinet close to the bed like others. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
