No touch and I like how you can choose whether you are taking a baby temperature or a toddlers temperature or and adults temperature . you can even us ethics to check bath water and how hot your food is . it takes batteries witch Re include in the package with the thermometer. This thermometer comes in handy for the life we live in now and it really comes in handy parents that have kids . its Also very good for people of all ages and works great and fast .

I think it's also fast so that it works with my squirmy toddler. I also like that it holds the temperature so I can see afterward. It's also has a nice backlit face to make it easier to read in dark rooms.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this over a month ago and am happy that I did because the old school thermometers that we had laying around the house were inaccurate and slow. You'd insert the thermometer in your mouth, wait for it to beep a certain amount of times, then pull it out and look at the temp, and it'd be +/- 3 degrees off, which was immensely frustrating. This thermometer is much faster and accurate. Simply point it like a gun towards your forehead and voila, you get an instant reading. Honestly couldn't be easier than that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this temperature gun and it was perfect timing as I was noticing my old oral thermometer wasn’t reading accurately. This one is pretty cool. It makes you pick a setting based on age and then a yellow light turns on telling you it’s ready to read. Place the device near the forehead (and it’ll tel you to get closer if needed), and the temp reads on the screen. So far it seems accurate and is much easier/quicker and more sanitary than an old school thermometer.

This thermometer requires only a scan of the forehead and works great. It also gives a quick reading. I would highly recommend this product for a great functional, east to use thermometer.

This is so quick and easy, and I don’t have to make sure my kids put it under their tongue and close their mouth. It is super quick and it isn’t hard to figure out at all. You just turn it on, set the age group, and then press the thermometer button. You’ll know it is reading the temperature because a little light comes on. It definitely beats the old-fashioned thermometers.

I’ve had one other Braun that I LOVED and it lasted until soaked into a bath tub of water (thanks son). This thermometer is just as wonderful and I love it even more because it’s no touch, accurate and SO EASY to use! I HIGHLY recommend this brand - it will always be my go to for baby registries and if a problem arises with mine I would not hesitate to purchase another! Definitely the best quality!!
