It does work well on feet it’s a bit on the rough side but I like it that way. As far as the legs and calves I give it a one star. You can’t fit your calves in there comfortably,it’s awkward and uncomfortable.

I addition to pages of nonsense about what diseases foot massage will cure, the instructions note that the user may find the machine painful to use “at first.” They’re spot on, there. I’ve only had it a few days, so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that it gets less painful. But it’s painful enough to use with size 9D feet, that I would not want to see a size 10E guy stick his foot into it. Ditto for women with larger feet. There is no adjustment for foot width. The remote control doesn’t work. I tried changing the battery—no effect. An internet search turned up many complaints that the remote never worked. On the up side, the controls are easy enough to reach that the remote adds little value, anyway. Finally, if there is a difference in the settings, I can’t tell. This is the kind of product really should be tried before it’s bought.

I purchased this foot massager because I work retail and am on my feet constantly for 10 hours a day. My mom and I both purchased foot massagers around the same time to compare. I purchased this one and when I tried it for the first time, I did like it. It does exactly as the description says. Some other reviewers commented on the pressure being too much, but I enjoy a harder, deep tissue massage and I did find myself wanting the pressure to be greater. Because of the shape of the machine, it does not get the top of my foot and I noticed that certain areas were still store after running through a cycle as they weren’t getting the adequate pressure and attention. After using this for a couple days, my moms foot massager arrived and while it is significantly louder, it uses air pressure as well as the rolling. These two methods, as well as heat, gave me the massage that I needed at the end of a long day. Hers was also significantly smaller and MUCH lighter, making it easier to tuck away when not in use. After that, I chose to return this item. Because there was nothing “wrong” with this product, as I was returning because i preferred something else, I had to pay return shipping... which was $80 at the post office.. just about the same cost as the massager itself!!! Also, the address on the return label they sent me was wrong. I regret buying this all together and would’ve been better off just selling it because it became such a hassle. This product is fine, but make sure you thoroughly do your research, because once you buy it you’re stuck with it.

I like the ease of have this at home but it's not hard enough for my liking and it doesn't squeeze the sides of the foot hard enough for me
