i needed a massage machine that would vibrate my swollen feet and legs - aid in circulation - this ain't it! i threw it out!

After extensively looking at reviews I finally decided to purchase this unit. Once it arrived I was impressed at how well it was built. However, The squeezing action on the unit was unbearably tight. I wear 7 1/2 narrow shoe size and found it to be painful. Some reviews said you needed to get used to it. I tried several more times trying to position my feet differently and experienced even more pain. I had other members of my household try it and they all said it was much too tight. Also, there is no way possible to fit our calves into this unit for a massage. We could see/feel no difference whatsoever with the settings. I contacted the seller to return and they said I would have to pay $30 shipping or I could keep the unit and they would refund $6? I went back and forth with them and finally accepted a $33 refund (cost was $67) and kept the unit. I think that whoever is manufacturing these units has no quality control so calibrations on the units vary widely. In going back and reading negative reviews it appears mine is not an isolated case. No, sorry to say I would not recommend this item or this seller.
