It operated less than a year. Won’t buy another one

I really wanted to like this product and hoped it would do what was described but it doesn't. It does not fit the foot well and is very painful to use. The mechanism that does the massaging and kneading, really does not get to the spots it claims to. Does zero for planter fasciitis, does not come close to massaging the arch. My 6 year old tried it and complained that the sides hurt. I agree. One HUGE issue is that while the shipping is free, apparently I will be paying out of my pocket to return this item. The remote did not work and the item was not as advertised. Why should I have to pay to return?

I like the operation of the unit but it doesn't have any adjustability the massage probes comes into close to your feet making it very uncomfortable I wish there was some way to adjust them out so they wouldn't come in so close are there any way to adjust the unit so that it can be customized to different people's feet

It difficult to use very ruff on the feet you have to adjust the function each time and hard to get your feet in not my best pick

Got this as a gift for my girlfriend who has bunions on her feet. She immediately screamed out in pain when she tried it. Said that the massager squeezed way too tight around her bunion and gave her horrible bruising around her bunion. Her mom also has bunions and tried using it and also screamed in intense pain. There's no way to adjust the tension setting on the massager either. It's just an on/off switch. I liked the massager on my feet but I don't have any bunions. Had to send it back.

Bought this as I have some neuropathy with my feet. Received on time, packaged well. Very easy to use and tried it out (lowest setting) and it really hurt my feet. Just too rough. Unable to use. I would never purchase again because of that. Might work for others, but not me. *Note - if you purchase, do keep the outer box until you are satisfied with the product. If you wish to return product, you must return it in both boxes (outer & mfg box).
