Hurts my feet.The massaging beads or whatever is in there too hard.

The settings do not react any different from one to another. The speed and direction act the same.

It hurts the bottom of my feet it's just too hard for me

My remote does not work with this machine. I contacted the company before I left this review by email. Nothing was done! I gave 3 stars because I can use the machine but not with the remote.

This is the 2nd unit I purchased not knowing when I bought this as a gift for a friend last year the remote was flaky and the buttons on the unit. instructions are useless and trying to figure out how to change the settings is frustrating. Once you get it going its great. I have plantar faciitis and the massage is intense, but I know I need it to get circulation going, will use on lower calf and achilles too. would be 5 start if not for remote and button issue

When I first bought this item I was really happy. I bought it as a early fathers day present. The first week it was fine but all of a sudden the buttons did not do anything when they were pushed. I cant put it on different settings anymore.

Controls were pretty easy but my wife who is undergoing outpatient physical therapy found the foot massage device very hard on her tender feet and uncomfortable.

Feels great on the feet at first but then meh.... Still haven't figured out all the controls. Personally, I wish it would massage harder. My husband gives me better foot massages. Probably should've returned it.

It's not like getting a real foot massage but it's also better than no massage. If you've been reading the reviews for these massagers than you've noticed a trend in their quality. Every bit is true. The remote really does only work when close to the massager; out of all options, direction and speed buttons to choose from most of them don't actually work or make any noticable difference in the machines massaging. And now the materiel around the massaging parts is coming unstitched. I've given it 3 stars because I still enjoy shoving my feet in it and using the 3 functions that do work. If you choose to buy one of these machines I recommend wearing socks, but not really thin ones. The massaging parts can be a bit uncomfortable on bare feet.
