Tough

I like the product, but most people couldn't handle the pressure. Having had a Chinese foot massage, I was ready for the pressure. My wife and I use it every other day for 15minutes and hope to move to 30 minutes. I walk 4 miles per day and use it when I get back from walking. If you are not a wimp, use it and get used to it! Foot reflexology is real and when you feel the pain, it's telling you something! Does it have a warranty?

Works but not as promised

The media could not be loaded. Update... I am upgrading the review from 2 stars to 4 stars. This is for the prompt service and response. I guess that mine was probably a faulty piece and not something generic because after receiving the video, the seller contacted with an offer of refund or new machine. I have opted for a refund as I planned to gift it and ended up buying something else already. --------------------------------------------------- I am not a review kind of person. The massager starts and stops but other than that it does not do anything different for all the promised modes like toes, arch etc.. It does not change speed either. I am not sure if the piece I got is faulty. I contacted the seller and they asked me to send photos. I am not sure on how can I show a faulty working machine in a photo so I actually want to send a video and there is no way to do so. So I am posting the video here. You can clearly see in the video that I am changing different modes and the same does reflect on the panel too (by the led changing position) However whatever mode I put, there is no change in the massage pattern or speed.

Worked fine but suddenly quit

I used this machine almost every evening and it worked fine. Its grip on the foot could be a little too tight but is manageable. Mine quit after a while and the company was contacted. They instructed us to check the fuse and such but that was not the problem. It had completely failed internally. I am please to say they promptly gave us a full refund with no hassles at all. Their customer service was very good and they responded quickly. Thank you.

No heat. Works fine as a foot massage; my wife likes it.

Remote control seems marginally functional and takes many presses to get a response. Controls on machine work fine. Control lettering could be clearer as is almost invisible in low light. Cord is too short and off-center. Otherwise, works as it should. Quiet, ergonomic design. Well packaged in double box.

Great massager

Does a great job massaging. My only complaint would be the placement of the zippers on the cloth cover. Sometimes they dig into my feet during the massage

Arrived broke

Update: response was quick, replacement was fast. The replacement works great! Husband absolutely loves it. ****** I was so excited to buy this for my husband. He opened it this morning, plugged it in, and it doesn't work. I am so disappointed. The power light comes but absolutely nothing happens. This will be returned.

Sturdy, firm-handed and effective

This is almost a five-star purchase. It really does a good job. I use it mostly for calves and ankles and it really does a great job there. You just have to position the device and yourself so that your ankles and/or calves are lying in the valleys normally intended for the soles of your feet. When used as a foot massager, it really works well also. Some will find the kneading action too aggressive, but I thought it was just right. It really digs in and manipulates the tissue. If you have any kind of injury or other source of pain in your feet, you might find it uncomfortable. Also - if you are just more sensitive it could seem too rough. My 14-year-old daughter thought it was too much. Me? I thought it was perfect. Now - why four stars instead of five? Well, first of all, the instructions are not useful. I still don't know what some of the settings are for - and I've had this thing for weeks. Secondly, the remote is hard to use. You have to point it just right to get the sensor to pick up your signal. It can get a little frustrating. Finally - the end of cycle beep is a little on the loud side. I like to use this prior to going to bed to massage my ankles and calves - just to get the circulation moving. When the cycle is done, the machine goes BEEP BEEP BEEP! and scares the snot out of my sleeping wife. After that, it sits there in a kind of sleep mode - from which I do not know how to power it down. I have to wait for it to automatically shut off and emit one last annoying BEEP which inevitably comes about five seconds after my wife has drifted back off to sleep! I am lucky to still be alive. Overall, this is a nice machine. I'm glad I have it and it does a fine job. It just has a couple of little annoying traits that keep me from granting five stars.
