The handheld shower head is amazing because it's not to heavy to hold while showering. I also really like how you're able to set the different speed of water to come out slow or fast. I would definitely recommend this item.

I like the item. Its light and there are many spray options. The cord if of high quality (not like some that are like a garden hose). But this one moves and its good. Note that the 8" is very long but it works for me. If I have any problem was with installation. I too had problems with it leaking. Instructions said dont use plumbers tape so I didn't. But it leakes. So I installed it again WITH plumbers tape and that did the job. So have some tape on hand and wrap your pipe regardless of what it says.

The 8' hose makes it . The head is larger than most, but controls are easy to work.

Overall I love this showerhead. The 8’ hose is flexible and strong, and is long enough to help easily bathe my dogs without struggling. The water pressure leaves something to be desired, but does a good job rinsing hair.

Great aesthetic with the chrome, love the long cord and multiple settings. My only issue is the powerfulness of the water coming out and that may be my plumbing, not sure, but not as powerful of a spray as I would like.

I’ve had this a few years now. I like that the shower head is long enough to reach from shower to garden tub for rinsing kids after a bath or giving them a shower. For this reason I’m buying another. I took one star off because the pause button stopped working. I tried cleaning it rinsing etc but it will no longer budge. My shower head gets submerged by the kids sometimes maybe that’s why. It was easy to install and I’ve had no problems from leaks. I hand tighten from time to time.

The hose was long and it looks nice, however, it’s very light. Feels like it’d need to replace if I drop it even once. I also wish that they better clarified the pause button. I had to come back to read the details to discover that the “pause” is really more of a “slow it down”. It’s still a pretty decent trickle.

The best thing about this shower head is the long mental hose. Unlike the plastic hoses that come with most other shower heads, metal hoses always stay flexible, hang down straight and don’t get caught on anything. And the length of the hose makes it much easier to clean the shower/tub. My only complaint about this shower head is that the massage mode doesn’t pulsate. All it does is concentrate the water into a narrow spray pattern, which makes it feel like the water pressure is higher.

Good product. Pause switch hard to operate and 'hand tightened' fixtures and instructions to not use plumbing tape to seal the fitting connections leak under pressure. Would be great if there was a lower bracket to hold the shower head. As is, is very high.

It has a water flower reducer but no shut. California requires me to save water because of water shortage
