I received this a week ago and have been using it since installing. The spray choices are great and actually pretty strong for the low water requirements. I especially like the switch to shut off the full spray for soaping up time. I am having difficulty with the shower just shutting off completely. I'm not sure if that's because the low water regulator or what? I've taken the shower head off and checked everything- including making sure the washers are correct. That seemed to help and I got through almost an entire shower and then it did it again! I will be calling to ask about this issue but I'm wondering if it is because of the strict regulations regarding water output- and if that can't handle the amount of water most faucets or showers have. The long hose is very nice. I was disappointed in the switch to turn water off from spraying, it doesn’t work very well. Just seems to turn it down.

We’ve had this shower head a little over a year. Something in it snapped last week and you could no longer use the different settings. Today it completely came apart and I had to take it down. It’s cracked and can no longer be used. It was okay while it lasted, but a replace my after just one year is kind of a bummer.

This definitely molds quickly around the little rubber things and tried to clean by soaking in CLR and bleach still gets clogged. Like the long hose. But doesn’t last long. The regular setting doesn’t come out strong like the setting in the middle. Bought two one for each bathroom and not going to try this one again.

As long as you have a steady hand, maybe a surgeon proving something to his wife… it’s good. It works as expected - but plastic. If you’re really strong, you might be in trouble. Thankfully for my husband, I tried, and said I “couldn’t tighten it” so he swoop in, and saved the day. As far as price, with the accolades my husband received… worth it.

Bought 2 ... One was broken and leaked.

Not powerful at all. I like that you can stop the water, but I would have chosen something else.
