During installation, it leaked everywhere and I’ll have to return it. It wasn’t leaking at the top, which could have been easier to fix with maybe some tape (even though the directions say not to use). Instead, it was leaking in the middle of the actual pipe connector. Additionally, the washer was frayed. Pretty sure it’s a defective and a manufacturing issue. Although poor product, it was very easy to install.

This shower head worked really well for about 4 months but now seems to have suddenly lost a lot of water pressure. Originally, it was very powerful and satisfying, but now it probably outputs about half the pressure it used to. I took the pieces apart and cleaned the little plastic filter and tried to find any sort of blockage, but no dice. It had similar issues pretty soon after we bought it, but taking it apart and rinsing everything out seemed to fix it (although I never saw any blockage). When it worked, it was great. It was also pretty easy to install and has good spray options. It does feel pretty cheap overall, though -- it's completely made of plastic.

The shower head is huge & makes it cumbersome to use. I was hoping this was going to be a high water pressure item, but it really didn't help there at all. I put it on the massage setting & there wasn't very good pressure, unlike my previous shower head. Too bad, it was very disappointing all the way around.

I hate this showerhead... it whistles REALLY loud. I do like the long hose.

Do not recommend, poor water flow

Shower head is cheap plastic and on/off switch doesn’t work. Not worth the money.

Pivot ball is stuck. Cannot adjust angle. Tried everything it will not move. Low water pressure
