Shower head just shuts itself off and water stops coming out. Took the whole thing apart and assembly is correct. If you start the shower slowly it will work at first but then shuts off. It must have to do with water flow restrictions or something but either way the thing is not usable and will be returned.

Installed easily and when we turned the water on, the plastic piece that screws onto the water pipe cracked immediately and sprayed water all over the bathroom. Horrible, absolutely do not recommend

Leaks and sprays all over at the pivot where it connects to the wall when using the switch on the handle. I had to return it

Leaks and sprays from the pivot/ball. Greatly reducing water pressure and making a mess. No remedy as this is put together by manufacturer. Returned.

Cheap plastic gasket busted in less than two months. It started leaking about two months in; I tightened it thinking it loosened somehow. No, tightening it made it worse and couldn't be used. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Sprayed a ton of water from the adjusterball! Exchanged for another model from the same brand and it works great :)

I bought the product about three months ago I was excited to install it and start using it Got and it was working great until I went to use the pause button One night and all of the sudden the stream became severely inhibited. Not to the point that it was paused as it was intended to ,it would not pause the stream as before and then it would not allow water to come through completely either. Then basically inhibited it’s working altogether. Very discouraging this is the second WaterPik product I’ve had that had a very similar issue.

I took 1 shower with this and then it quit working. That 1 shower was GREAT! Then the next person used it maybe an hour later, it started great then completely quit working. No water flow and made a loud noise when shower was turned on. I can't believe that a product for $40 only worked once and then it quit!

For $40 it’s not good enough Do not buy it!!
