It is easy to use, it comes with lots of sealing bags which you can also purchase additional ones when needed! I highly recommend this easy to use gadget!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This PowerXL Duo Nutrisealer set is a great product! It requires no assembly and is compact enough to fit on a counter or in a cupboard. I love that I can portion enough meat or produce for my family. Everything always tastes fresh. I also love that you can do other things with the vacuum sealer. It helps marinade meats, can reseal chip bags or you can make individual snack bags with it. There are a few steps to use it but they are not difficult.

To begin, if you're going to spend a fortune on meats, poultry, fish, etc. to serve your family, you'll want to preserve it the best way available. I'm hard-core when it comes to preserving the foods I will be serving my family, so I will be a harsh critic. While this sealer works eventually, it takes some experimentation to get it right--not what I'm used to with my Food Saver standby. Because I have such a long term experience with a food preserving machine, I'm prejudiced when it comes to performance and this one just did not bowl me over. I may use it for anything I want to preserve, just not foods.

I watched several videos on how to use it as to avoid user error and the instructions are simple so I just think its my machine . The seal and suction functions work well. I run into trouble when I try to make smaller bags like the size of snack bags .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this Duo Nutrisealer. I had one in the past but it was so big and bulky that i got rid of it. This is so much more compact and easier to store and use. It is going to take a bit to get everything down with using it but so far we really like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the PXL DUO NUTRISEALER to seal meat, cheese and veggies. It was a little hard setting up but once I got it to work it sealed good and was able to freeze meat. I also use it to seal small snacks like nuts and crackers for my kids on the go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried the PXL DUO NUTRISEALER today. This is my first vacuum food sealer and I’ve been excited to get one. I had an already cut avocado and a whole avocado and decided to try sealing both. I sealed a bag in half and put each one in a side. I lined up the bag, then pushed vacuum & seal. It began to seal and I could see the air being removed from the bag. When it stopped vacuuming it looked as though both sides had filled up with air a bit. After it sealed I decided to try again. I cut the bags apart, opened up the seal in the cut avocado and started again. This time it vacuumed and sealed very well. I believe this was a learning curve. I tried sealing a couple of other items, cereal bag, bag of crackers & a bag of pasta. They all sealed great. The cutter was a little difficult to use but I only tried it once so far. I’m pretty happy with this product and hope to be able to save time, space and money (food saving) in the future.
