This is SO painful and doesn’t grab coarse dark hairs! It was torture for no gain. Returning

Poor quality, device broke after 2 uses.

This thing SUCKS- I bought this yesterday thinking it would be helpful when I shave and lessen ingrown hairs and irritation. WRONG! This thing is literally like a butcher knife to your skin and hair- I did the lowest setting and all it did was cause pain and red dots. I understand that maybe it's a thing to get used to, but if you have sensitive skin or prone to ingrown hairs or such- don't purchase this!!

Battery wouldn’t stay charged after only 4 months

it hurts too much. don’t feel like it’s useful.
