[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, it felt like there were a hundred pieces as I took this thing out of the box. Secondly, I felt like it took me forever to figure out which attachment was right for me and which to use first. After I finally got that all squared away I could finally use the product. I was pleasantly surprised with how well it worked. I was a bit nervous in the beginning. But once I got to using it, it worked smoothly. And smooth is just how my r in felt once I was finished with this product. After a rocky start we were smooth sailing in the end. SN: It also came with a cute travel bag to put everything in.

I loved it while it worked. The spring inside popped off and broke so now I can only use the epilator head, but I LOVED the electric shaving feature and now I can’t use it. Broke after 6 months of use. Called customer service and they said there is nothing they can do since it is past 90 days

I will only give it 3 stars because the battery drains fast Otherwise great buy

After using this for about a year and a half, the epilator head has rusted. The shaver broke. The battery doesn’t last very long. I’ve gotten many ingrowns over time. It does do a great job of removing hair, however, it takes a lot of time to do so.

I just don’t know yet. The epil pulls and really hurts on my legs I can’t imagine using it elsewhere and the shaver part I have to go over the areas over and over again to get the hairs. I feel like I will be returning because it was quite expensive in my opinion but I had high hopes…
