I bought this product and almost when it was close to the review date it broke. The wire came off when I was cleaning it . I purchased this coz of the reviews but then did not expect it to break so soon

“This hurts the first time you use it but it gets easier” um, that was EXCRUCIATING, hands down the most painful experience of my whole life (& I’ve given birth to 2 children). On top of that, it didn’t even remove any hair. So there will be no second try. What a waste of $100.

It stopped after one use then the spring inside and black piece came loose when changing the tops. Dissapointed after the reviews. The pieces under are loose.

I got this product home, an hour away from the store, only to find there were no attachments! I bought the warranty as well. Smh. I don't even want to use it because what I bought it for, the attachments wasn't even in there! Maybe I should have gotten the elcheapo. :/

Don’t do it. Worst razor burn of my life. 10/10 don’t recommend. It didn’t even get all the hairs, and was very uncomfortable.
Disappointed
I wouldn’t wish this pain on my worst enemy. I’ve tried waxing (both at home and at a salon), laser hair removal (both at home and at a salon), and every razor known to man. This was the most excruciating thing I’ve ever experienced. For reference of my pain tolerance: I’m a mom who had an **all natural** birth. However, I do have extremely sensitive skin and coarse body hair (especially in my underarms and bikini area). If you resonate, RUN!!! Take my advice: invest in an at-home laser hair removal device instead (I use the “Lumi,” by RoseSkinCo). It will change your life. This epilator will ruin it.
Very disappointed
I have ordered the brand new product, but the box is open and the product is used, I see hair on it.

This is my first epilator so I didn’t really know what to expect. It hurts, definitely yes! But if you power through it for a few seconds it stops hurting so much. The smooth skin after is quite nice. I was very excited! But that excitement quickly faded when my hair started to come back all ingrown! 80% of my hair follicles are red, itchy black dots. I exfoliate with no luck and basically now just wait it out. Maybe I’m doing it wrong but to me it’s not worth it. A bit of razor rash is better than this.

Had high hopes for this, but after a month of use, my legs look like I've been attacked by biting flies. Ingrown hair everywhere, scaly patches, and even right after using my legs only feel like a second-day shave. Yes, I exfoliated first, yes, used in the shower after skin is softened. Yes moisturized afterward. It just doesn't deliver anything close to a regular razor shave, and wrecks the skin. It will be weeks before this damage is undone. Will keep for the trimming and electric shave capability which works pretty well. But the epilation feature is terrible.
