I had this for a month and it's soaks the inside shelf of my fridge daily, so much that we have to leave a towel under this to absorb all the water. I tried pushing it all the way back so nothing could touch it and tried filling it less because I thought I was over filling and finally watched the spot just drip repeatedly. I will be taking this back. I had the model before this one and it was amazing with no issues, this one was terrible.

I bought one back in 2009 and it worked beautifully until I dropped it a few months back. I replaced it with a newer version only to have it leak in my fridge 3 months later. I contacted PUR and they replaced it as a courtesy but the replacement also leaked. It sits over my sink now. I’m done with it. Absolute garbage.

Less than 3 months after purchasing the spout started leaking. It was small puddles at first but if left overnight with no towel underneath it the whole shelf would be flooded. Other comments have said the replacements also do not work. It's at the point where I can no longer use the product.

Just as others have said, the spout leaks. I highly advise against purchasing.

As others have said, the pitcher cracks and leaks right behind the spout and floods your refrigerator. This is the second one I’ve had that did this. This one didn’t even last 2 months before it happened. Very frustrating.

Water dispenser top container needs to be completely filled to get water filtered. That means you get 1/2 water filtered.

Arrived cracked and damaged.

After about a month of having this, it started to leak. It would cause puddling around the bottom of the fridge, to the point it was leaking out of the fridge. After a day of sitting it on a towel, the towel would become soaked.

After being extremely excited to give this as a gift to my brother in law; I was let down in the worst way. Of the 30 cups of water I'm not sure how many were on the floor and in the bottom of the refrigerator. We broke nothing it easy to put together the freaking thing just leaked all night long. How is that even possible. To pass inspection I would think that leaking is not one of attributes that you would want in a water pitcher. Please do better. This whole process is a waste of time, production and the let down as a Christmas present down right awful.

Very disappointed just got home to set up my pitcher and it’s missing the entire spigot to even be able to use it
