Ordered from Target.com. Arrived BROKEN!!!!

Bought this March 2 2023. filter worked 2 weeks! Pur sent replacement filter March 24th new filter lasted 17 days!. PUR leads one to believe that the filter lasts 2 months as per the "sticker" It seems to me that the filter is rated to filter a "FIXED" amount of water thed "KAPUT" I dont believe any of the filters were defective: PUR is just "DECEPTIVE" notsaying this. If you drink a lot of water as my household does dont buy this because of the size. My mistake purchasing this product. Never again

It is leaking all over the floor. Less than 3 months of buying it. Unable to return it too.

If I could rate it ZERO I would! This thing is leaking just as the return window expired. This product should be taken off the shelves as it does not work.

After my Plus model fell apart due to age I decided to downgrade- since I didn't need the electronic parts that eventually stopped working. I always had filter issues- some worked fine, some were extremely slow. On 1/23 I purchased the Classic model & noticed some major flooding in my fridge a few months later. I eventually traced it back to the dispenser. Really disappointing.

I purchased a PUR water dispenser in 2018 and it worked amazingly until it was dropped during a move and broke. We purchased a new one at the end of 2022. Sadly they must have changed the design of the spout because it started leaking after a couple months. I contacted the company and they replaced the dispenser and unfortunately a couple months after that the replacement started leaking as well. It’s definitely a design flaw. Will not be getting another, don’t recommend wasting your money or time. A flooded fridge is a huge frustration!

Had this for less than a few hours and it's severely leaking from the spigot. Major design flaw and would not purchase again. I should've stuck with the brand I was using previously

leaked all over my floors overnight. called but they can't send you a replacement for just the spout- and I didn't call within the 30 days because it just stated leakeong (now it leaks every day) literally just had to chuck it along with the box of filters (unopened) they wouldn't let me return. can't believe they don't make a replacement spout. so wasteful and unsustainable. I will literally never buy a pur product ever again. just go britta.

Not even a month after purchasing and the valve started leaking. First it was small puddles on our fridge shelf, but this week (about 7 weeks after purchase) the valve is leaking constantly so I had to stop using it.

It's very use to use and has good capacity. But unfortunately the water spout breaks very easily and started to leak a lot and we had to replace it twice within 6 months. Wouldn't recommend.
