Was very excited to upgrade to this water filter. I purchased this beginning of April, loved how quickly it filtered the water, and the fact that it lets you know when to change the filter. However during the last couple of weeks - 2 times it has randomly drained out all of the water, all over my fridge- in the drawers, underneath the draws - HUGE MESS. Not sure if this is just a defect or what the issue is. Unfortunately not worth using it with the possibility of a huge mess to clean up.

The dispenser is leaking all over my fridge

Love the taste snd ease of use HATE how long it takes to filter now. IDK WHY all of a sudden these new filters are not filtering anymore. We've purchased a new 3pk filters and they filter ONE time only. After that the water doesn't come through any more. We've had this unit 6mos and never had this issue with new filters

I liked the taste of the water but I'm disappointed with the spout. After approximately 2 months it started to leak. We noticed a steady drip despite the tab being fully up. Also, I wish the tab to dispense water had the ability to flip down and allow for continuous pouring. You have to hold the tab for the full time you want to fill a cup/bowl/pot

Bought this about a month ago. It worked fine for a week or two but now it just constantly drips from the spigot and covers the fridge shelf and surrounding items with water. Will try to return or just wasted money on this item.

Worked great for about 4 months and then this thing started leaking badly. I cleaned it out, checked the o-ring and replaced the filter and thought it was fine until I found nearly 2 gallons of water spilled in my fridge. Pur customer service wasted my time by asking a ton of questions and then said none of it mattered because it was no longer under warranty. I would pay a little more for a company that cares.

Great while it lasted, water tastes amazing only problem is it started to leak after 2 months of use

I had another one of these that lasted over 20 years. My new one didn't last 6 months. Like all the other reviews say - spigot starts leaking a few months in. Stop making everything so cheaply!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to like this but after being in my fridge for one day It cracked on the side and leaked water everywhere. The one I have been using prior (different brand) I have had no issues with so think this was poorly made

Bought it to place in the fridge for easy access fresh water. By the third day it was leaking heavily! The bottom of my fridge was filled with water. So now I use it to refill containers that I place in the fridge. No longer convenient. To top it off, now I've had it about two months and the handle to "release" the water broke off completely. Ugh.
