Have to replace after only a little less than 6 months because spout started leaking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dispenser is okay. It does filter the water as I tested it with straps but it doesn't change taste of the water much so I still feel like I'm drinking tap water. I use it to filter cook water, pet water,etc.

The water continues to leak. I researched how to stop it and ultimately the solution provided was to get a new filter. No. I’d suggest either sticking to the 6-cup pitcher or just using Brita. I’ve had to clean out my refrigerator twice because it flooded with the water placed inside to filter.

Lasted a couple months before it cracked when it bumped it into friderator shelf as I was putting in after refilling.

Had it for 3 months this and my fridge is flooded… it won’t stop leaking from the spigot. Seems to be a common issue with all these… super bummed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product itself is awesome! It works and serves its purpose. However, the lid came cracked and I most likely will not continue to use due to this issue. I love how it slides right into the fridge, the filter costs are reasonable and the water tastes great.

I just purchased this 3 days ago. I'm not sure if I got a defective one but the spout leaks pretty badly, about 1/4 - 1/3 cup throughout the day. I'm going to exchange it for a new one and see if it was just mine.

love the system and shape, filters too slowly, might have something wrong with it, returning

Physically it's nice and it doesn't take up too much space in the fridge but it's way too slow. Thinking of the exchanging it.
