I bought this water filter about 8 months ago and it leaks from the spout no matter what I do. Basically is garbage so now I need to shell out more money for a new pitcher

Poor quality breaks right away. Very flimsy didnt even last a day.

The spigot lever snapped during normal use while trying to dispense water. Must not be great quality. Company said replacement parts and out of warranty.

Leaks all over fridge within 90 days of usage. We thought we had a defective first one but our second is doing the same thing

I have purchased this model three times and three times the spigot has failed. Feel like a dummy but just probably need to go with a different brand.

Bought this at my local Target due to water quality in my area being terrible. Got to use it for a couple of days then the nozzle broke off. Contacted PUR warrenty twice to enact this warenty with no results for 2 weeks.

You’d figure that the filter purifies water… it does not! It literally says on the paper inside the box “not intended to purify water” it is in fact just a container to hold water/dispense water. And yes, the water tastes just like the tap. What a sham!
