The water continues to leak. I researched how to stop it and ultimately the solution provided was to get a new filter. No. I’d suggest either sticking to the 6-cup pitcher or just using Brita. I’ve had to clean out my refrigerator twice because it flooded with the water placed inside to filter.

Lasted a couple months before it cracked when it bumped it into friderator shelf as I was putting in after refilling.

I have had an earlier version of this for years. I bought it bc the old one wasnt looking so nice anymore. Well first i couldnt get the filter working. No matter how long i rinsed it the water never went thru. So i poured water in to see if any came thru. No water filtered thru. Worst part is the faucet drips. And dripped the entire amount of water out! Really think this was a bad one but i switched some parts and now my old pur container is back in the fridge. Sorry this didnt work out. Think it had bn returned bc of defect

I bought two of these and one was damage beyond use. No damage to the box it was in so you had to know it was damaged beyond use .whole bottom of tank was busted. Also there was no water filter. I want a replacement or refund
