Liked Pur water filter a lot as water tasted pure & delicious. Much better than Brita filter which I was using earlier. Loved it !!

Well designed. The calendar decal is an excellent way of keeping track of when the filter needs to be replaced.

Great item, fits in my fridge perfectly so we can have fresh, clean water anytime. Although, I'm not a fan of the type of plastic used, really. This type of plastic will break if dropped, but we are very careful. Love that it has a pour handle. We're very happy here.

Love the product, only thing the container was cracked at the top where the blue reservoir that filters there water is, this is no fault of target probably happen while being delivered, but there is no leaking, so i will keep it, not worth returning

Cleans up the water very well. Being bigger the container , less number of refills required. Would recommend this to a 10 cup filter Jug.

Love it! The water is fresh and clean. My only issue is that it doesn't come with a countertop stand. I prefer to keep my water room temp so I keep this pitcher on my counter. I put a little box under it which is working fine so far. Also the lid could be a bit more secure.

Replacing an older prior unit, due to leaking and appears not repairable spigot. New unit is mostly the same, spigot handle is cheaper made, no cushion for fingers, and handle tends to snap back easily from the Locked Open position, if not fully engaged. Can't really complain about the old unit too much as it has lasted for I don't know how many years now, and filled/emptied Daily. If this new unit lasts as long as the old one, I'll have to go back and change to 6 stars!

I got this after discovering how dirty the spout on my refrigerator door dispenser was getting and how hard it is to clean. I was debating between this is the Brita version and chose the PUR because it supposedly filters out twice as much and also holds 30 cups instead of 18 so less filling of the tank which I like. The price is very closer to the smaller Brita dispenser too so it seems like a better value. Water definitely tastes somewhat different than water filtered from my refrigerator but its still good. I like the design of the dispensing handle too - its a decent size and easy to control. It doesn't stick out too far on my refrigerator shelf either which it from hitting the door when it closes. I only wish Target offered generic filters for the PUR as they do for Brita. The PUR branded filters seem pricier than the Brita ones. but then again they do filter out more stuff.

Love the size, but wish the cap snapped on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This water filtration canister holds 30 cups of PUR great tasting water. ( about 40 gal. according to instructions) The enclosed filter filters up to 40 gallons and lasts about 2 months. Also included is a calandra reminder to remind you when to change filter. I do have filtered water on my refrigerator but this tastes so much better and fresher. It really comes in handy when I have large family dinners. The kids drink more water when to them it’s fun to get their own. Handy pull down tab and spout and I have had no leakage at all. This unit does not filter lead but additional lead reducing filter can be purchased separately.
