Leaking spout after less than three months

We purchased this dispenser in July of this year, and it started leaking at the beginning of October, causing it to splash water all over the inside of our fridge. The water reservoir at the top also consistently failed to drain and filter completely, even though the filter was correctly inserted. Even though a handheld pitcher is less convenient than this dispenser, we are switching back to a handheld model to make sure that we don't have to deal with another leaky spigot. If you want longevity out of your products, I recommend skipping this one, especially at this price point.

After a few months of using it, it started leaking everywhere!! Not worth it. Just go with brita. Never had an issue with them.

Terrible Customer Service

Ordered online and it arrived damaged. For some reason it said I had to return in-store and customer service was no help, refused to rectify the situation. I live in NYC and returning things in store is not practical - we don’t have cars here.
