Item came broken- the spout was shattered and sharp white plastic went everywhere. The filter was also damaged and the sediment in it went everywhere.

No stars! Item was missing the filter will be returned

Dont buy this. I have had it 5 weeks and it is broke. Water poured out of it all over my refridgerator and flooring. It is so cheaply made the dispenser broke. This after I spent big $$ stocking up on filters. A total waste.

I never had the chance to see how the water was with this filter, I bought the 1st on and filled it up and as I was loading it into my fridge I discovered a huge crack in the plastic going from top to bottom, and it made a big mess in my fridge, so I went back and did a exchange, brought it home and there was a large crack on the lid, I noticed there was a dent on the outside of the cardboard box. I would say the combination of poor packaging and cheap plastic is the problem here, there is basically no foam or packing around the dispenser, just plastic to the thin cardboard box. I try to exchange it for another one and I will have to take it out of the box for inspection. if its cracked then Im done with PUR

This dispencer was great for about 3 months. Then the valve seal went bad and it flooded my fridge. All the dispencers of this style leak eventually. Stick with the pitcher type.

just one week since i brought it. already having troubles. filter gets clogged and not doing its job. I removed the filter and replaced it back ..its working for now . I dont think this is worth 25$. its a piece of junk. Pur r u listening? please tell me what do i need to to

The concept of this is great. Unfortunately, the plastic is very thin and brittle. The first one I had shipped to me had a cracked faucet. I exchanged it in store, and the second one had a cracked lid! I'll be returning it again and buying another brand from another store.

Would not recommend. Water tasted worse than before. Stay away from this. I regret purchase.

This is the most ridiculous item I bought from target. It started leaking the first day I used it, the tap wouldn't close. It ended up messing the entire kitchen as the floor was filled with water that leaked from the filter. If you are going to make an item, better make a good one. So sad

I would consider this product defective. The water at the bottom of the dispenser does not fill all the way. Not even half way. I have to constantly fill the top to only get maybe a third of filtered water for use. The rest of the water just stays at the top not getting filtered. This is an inconvenience. I selected this product b/c I wanted "18-cups" of filtered water as the product states. I'm lucky to get one maybe two cups. The water which stays at the top also makes the dispenser challenging to transport to and from the sink. Target should pull this product from the shelves and PUR should pull this product from being manufactured until the design is corrected. I want a refund.
