It was dead on arrival. It would not stop leaking even when closed.Messed up my fridge and carpet.Total waste of money. Bad Product!

Do not buy this item online. I bought one and received it damaged. The plastic is not stable enough for shipping. I suggest you go in store to purchase. Target did refund my money after second one was received damaged

Received it and it was busted. Very disappointed. There is a huge crack on the bottom of it.

If we fill the dispenser past the nozzle, then the water leaks out. We have opened the fridge to large puddles because of this water dispenser. I wish we would have known that it leaks when it gets filled half way. It isn't really work using if it can barely hold any water.

Just set up this pitcher and the dispenser is leaking slowly. Pulled the lever a few times to exercise the valve but it continues to leak. The other reviews were right about the poorly design valve. Returning back to store.

Listen to the reviews. I left it in my sink the first time I filled the tank after reading reviews saying that it leaks. It’s true! I filled it up 4 times, flipped the switch just to see if maybe there’s a trick to it and made sure everything was secure... It leaked completely empty all 4 times. I’m glad I read the reviews and tested it before putting it in my fridge. Mess avoided! Returned this and the extra filters I bought ASAP and bought a Brita Longlast Pitcher and a Life Straw water bottle.

The unit is trash. Filtered the first time pretty good did about 1/2 of the pitcher. Drained the water and tried again all I got was a slooooow drip then nothing. I saw this problem in the reviews from 2 years ago figured they fixed it by now....nope. Even tried some of the extra filters I bought they lasted about the same as the first filter with the same amount of water filtered then nothing. Looking to return it a waste of money guess Ill have to eat the filters.

This system stops filtering water within 2 days. I also tried buying new filters and tried 2 of them. Even they stopped filtering within 2 days. Certainly, not usable and worth using if need to replace filter every 2 days.

I bought this filter few months back. Since a month now this filter not filling all the way. Water stays up and hardly get a cup or two. The rest of the water just stays at the top not getting filtered. I even tried changing filter before time. Nothing works. I want a refund. This product is defective.

I bought this system for my home because I wanted a clean water option for family to drink, my tap water is not particularly poor, I actually don’t mind straight tap but the family wants better, I bought the unit and a 3 pack of filters because I could not verify the contents of this box included a filter, I find that ridiculous, but $75.00 Later I figured that I would have a year of drinking clean water, it was great for the two first weeks, but the first water filter clogged in three weeks, thinking it was defective I didn’t have a problem replacing one of four, 3 months later (Almost the lifetime of one filter) the last filter has clogged and I’m fuming, I passed up other options that probably would have worked and I wasted a lot of time gaining a lot of frustration.
