We were constantly running out of filtered water until this thing. I have three boys in the house so here are 3 tips. 1. make sure you train the young ones how to use the spout, I know it seems intuitive but the spout is made of plastic and if you allow it to snap back repeatedly it will undoubtedly break. 2. keep the water pitcher somewhat close to the water source so that you’re not handling this thing more than you have to (it’s bulky). Ours is located on the counter near the sink I can fill it without having to move the pitcher itself. 3. Only use a soft sponge to clean the inside and outside of the plastic, any sort of green abrasive pad will scratch it up.

Absolutely love this water purifier; it’s been a great investment and has saved us lots of of money. Water taste great! We use the higher grade filters with it; so no complaints. Highly recommend!

We used it for 3 years now and will still be using it for as long as we can, the clarity of the plastic container is gone now but is still a great use and is much better than pitcher filter.

So far, it's great. Just got it, but at $25, it's way cheaper than comparable size purified water dispensers. The next closest ones were $40, and the reviews were similar. But it's pretty high quality, holds a TON of water, and allows me to get water while it has water filtering. The smaller ones, you had to wait. The only caveat is that the lid does not click closed, so just be careful. Will update if anything changes, but the first week we've had this has been a dream.

This is a great water filter/dispenser. I've had the model for more than 20 years, believe it or not. I decided to replace it with the same model, because of the eventual buildup of calcium around the top edge (it took 20 years). It's beautifully clear and works great.
