Worked fine for about 2 weeks and then the filter stopped draining - it’s like it’s clogged. Also, it constantly leaks. Every other time I fill it up, I find a huge puddle coming out of my refrigerator. Not worth wasting your money on.

do not recommend, leaks water out of the faucet have to literally keep a bowl under it. Tried just placing it on the counter to see if door was hitting it but it still leaks.

Broken twice!! Bought first time and lid was cracked. Replaced it then second one leaked water. Get the upright one

It leaks, I am thinking about returning it. Not happy.

I love the capacity but the filter takes forever to filter the water which is the whole point of this item! Get a different one unless you only drink 2 glasses of water a day.

It leaks pretty bad all. Every morning I wake to a puddle of water over my fridge.

Brought my PUR Classic 30-Cup Water Dispenser home, filled it up and went to bed, next morning i got up and went to the fridge to get some water and the water had leaked out into my fridge and was all over, very disappointed! will never purchase this again!

Very poor quality as compare to brita

After about a week or two, I noticed that it would leak water. I’d find pools of water in my vegetable drawer… ruining the vegetables. Do not buy this product!
