Great filtered water dispenser. works great. fits nicely on my countertop. only negative is it has a crack at the very top of the plastic container. not a problem since water doesnt touch that area. crack could possibly grow larger.

I bought two of these and one was damage beyond use. No damage to the box it was in so you had to know it was damaged beyond use .whole bottom of tank was busted. Also there was no water filter. I want a replacement or refund

The "open box" dispenser was cracked on the bottom and chipped on the upper rim. Most likely the seller knew this ahead of time.
