DONT ORDER ONLINE. I just recieved this in the mail today and tried to use it. There are clear instructions on the box in two seperate locations that the barcode must be scanned for the product to be usable, but it was sent to me unactivated. I spent nearly an hour on the phone trying to resolve this issue, only to be told that I MUST drive to a store to fix their mistake for them. I cant even speak about the functionality of the device yet, but Target needs to take care of these things before sending a product to the consumer. I dont even have the option to return the $50 service plan that I bought to go with this product even though I couldnt redeem the code, simply because I opened the link. Thanks for wasting my time, and possibly my money as well if the product does not function after I go to get it activated. I couldnt be more dissatisfied with this entire experience. SCAN THE BARCODE BEFORE YOU SHIP ITEMS THAT NEED TO BE ACTIVATED

I bought 40G hotspot 5 days ago and data is gone!!! It’s just me using at night to stream a show for an hour or two and 20 minutes in the morning to read the news and/or check Twitter. Don’t waste your money.

purchased a plan that they activated and later deactivated stating that it was not meant for hotspot only devices. battery died after 3 days.

I bought the hot spot because my other hot spot was not working during daytime hours. I have to use it for working from home. I bought this one thinking the problem was the hot spot I had. But this one is more expensive and even worse. I could not load any pages. Everything kept timing out. If I don't work, I don't get paid so this past week, since June 8 has been extremely frustrating. And most of these companies have really bad technical help with zero customer service. My blood pressure went sky high in trying to figure out how to get around this slow WiFI. I have missed important Zoom meetings. emails don't get sent out, I can' access shared files. So far, no solutions.

nope, you can't even log on. I've called so many times and it won't work. Don't waste your time.
