After using it for less than 10 weeks it stopped working... Tried writing to customer service and received nothing back. Buy something else... terrible way to treat customers.

The default is level 8 for 10 hours! During 3 power outages we had both controllers come on automatically at those dangerous levels. If an elderly person or small baby were in the bed it could prove fatal. Quality control checks and poor programming.

I purchased this item as a Christmas present for my husband. His feet get really cold at night. We had a different brand mattress pad for years until it stopped working and that one always kept his feet nice and toasty at night. This one does not. The coils stop about 6-8 inches from the bottom of the bed and do not warm his feet.

The cords to the power unit are BACKWARDS. If short cord is plugged into the heating pad at the top connection, the unit sits correctly but the cord to the wall socket hangs in front of the end table and needs to be forced backward around the side of the table and into a wall outlet. All you see is white cord hanging in front of the table and along the side to the wall socket. It appears to me the power cords need to be switched to make it more usable. This is not acceptable. How can I return this to the seller?

I have been using heated mattress pads since last 15 years and this the most uncomfortable one. The heat filaments are so thick that you can feel them when you sleep on it even when I have bed sheet on top of it. Also the design for the design of temperature controller is very bad. It on and off button is very difficult to use as it has short cable so it has to hangs by the side of the bed (my prior heated mattress pad had longer cable so that the controller that lay on the bed side table. I wish I could return this but am past 30 days time window.
