Works as described

Only problem the wire from control box to mattress is too short.

Only drawback is how short the cord is from the controller. Otherwise, wonderful product

Love the warmth through the night. I don’t get as many leg cramps as I used to. So I sleep through the night better.

Heated pad works as it is suppose to. Plastic clip holding the cord to the pad is thin plastic and breaks easily. Pad has 2 year warranty advertised but mailing address or phone number is not listed anywhere on the paperwork included with the pad.

The mattress pad performs very well, warms quickly, timers work okay, a good buy for the money. I would rate a 5 except the distance the controller is from the pad is too short to make it easily accessible, especially on a deep mattress. It's strange because there's plenty of line cord beyond the controller, leading the plug to the wall. They should have split the amount of electrical cord more evenly.

Nice value. Seems to heat up fast. Takes some getting used to with the wired in the upper corners instead of the middle bottom like most heated pads. Don't feel the wires (like others have said) anymore than other brands I've used. However, there are two things I'm not so found of: The control only goes to an 8 setting and you have to change it every time you turn it on. Additionally, It seems that all the heat is concentrated in the upper part, around the head and shoulders and mostly on the sides. If you move to the middle on a king-sized bed, there is no heat, not is there very much (if at all towards the bottom). However, it heats fast and gets pretty hot.
