Controls do not have a long enough cord

Just put this on my bed so have not used it yet. It does not stay in place very well so do not like the feel of it

Only worked for one year. One side worked for 6 months then the other quit after a year. There is no one to contact for a warranty

The way everyother mattress pad works is the controller is by the head but if you put it on that way there is no heat on your feet.

I accidentally ordered a queen size when i needed a king so i ordered the king and seller wanted$18.00 for me thi return the queen. The king size arrived and it doesn't heat the last/ bottom 18 inches if pad. I'm not pleased but it's more hassle than i want to go thru to return it.

First purchase failed exactly at the 90 day warranty (too short in my opinion) period. Seller did replace it under warranty. For that blanket and the replacement, I'm 5' 7" and the heating elements don't reach my feat. Have to pull my legs up a little otherwise wear socks. What use is a heated blanket if you have to wear socks?!

I just installed it. Unlike all of the other heated mattress pads I've used in the past, which have the plug into the base of the mattress pad at the foot end requiring only one outlet to plug it into the electricity, this one has TWO separate plugs which hook into the mattress pad at the HEAD of the bed. And you need to find two separate outlets to accommodate both plugs. The controls then hang limply in an inconvenient place down near the floor. They are bright white, so unsightly and it's just a super clumsy design. Not worth the time I just spent wrestling with it to get it hooked up. I would never buy this one again.
