About a month and a half after purchase this mattress warmer get a HOT SPOT! No matter what temperature you turn it it get SUPER HOT in one spot! Like burning hot or a short is forming hot! It’s only on one side it and only in a certain spot (just under pillow). I’m scared it will burn through so had to stop using! It’s beyond return date now! So gonna be throwing this out for safety! BEWARE!!! Do not buy this unless you are willing to take the risk!

mattress pad did not work. after no. of efforts it would not turn on.

Right side failed first after3 months and then 4 months later the left side failed.

One side stopped functioning after 3 months and the company did not reply to my message.

Worked for less then a month and one side has quit working. I changed outlets and didn’t work. Changed the remote to the side that was working and nothing.

I enjoyed it for the month I had it then both controllers quit working within a day of each other and I can't find replacement controllers. The warranty ended after 30 days.

I got this product a little over a month ago. Yesterday it completely stopped working. The controls stopped working entirely. It was great while it worked, but this is not a good value for your dollar

I have purchase 2 of these and both of the controls have crapped out after a year. I will never buy this type again.

Returned it as you couldn't put another mattress cover over it so you cant feel the ccdcc wires because of the placement of the electric connections and cords on top of this matress pad warming blanket. Elec cord to controller is super short.

Customer service was not good I had to get Amazon involved in order to get a refund. The company wanted me to video record the mattress pad not working properly. I don't feel comfortable videotaping any sending it to prove that something doesn't work.
