I should have sent the extra $10 and gotten the slim handle version of this saw. Overall, though it's a great tool. The only downside is that the vacuum attachment is horrible and falls off easily.

I'm a retired contractor building my own home, I am Tim the tool man. So i gambled buying this less expensive tool. I was having a problem setting up the saw and i chatted with Worx immediately and had the issue solved . How many companies do that today. That is huge I am very impressed !

Good safety features

This is a great little saw for fast jobs that don't require a great deal of accuracy, particularly when you only have one hand free or don't have the room for a larger skill saw.This is a one-handed saw so it can be difficult to get a perfectly accurate cut. You also need to have a reasonably large hand to grasp it. If you have small hands it might be best to pass on this saw.

The media could not be loaded.  This electric compact circular saw was perfect for what I needed it for! It’s so nice to have something small that you’re able to get out and doesn’t take a lot in the storage. This is something that you could definitely use by yourself. I went online and watched a few videos of people showing how to use this exact saw so I can figure out all the safety precautions perfectly. The instructions are a little vague, and that is why I went online to go check it out on YouTube.

Worx makes nice solid tools which I have a few of and have not been disappointed by any of them. I got this saw at a great price and it seems to be solid, well made, and cuts nicely, but there is one negative and that is the large size of the handle. Maybe they should have added a side handle to make it safer and easier to control. That said it still is a very useful tool and I would buy again.

I got this for those projects for one or two simple cuts. So much easier to carry instead of hauling out that big circular saw or the miter saw. This saw has a nice clean cut, easy to adjust to what you need. Not a long cord but always have to use extension cord anyways. The only thing I agree with other reviews is the fat handle. I’m an older woman, a DIY person. I don’t have large hands but I am able to handle this but a smaller one would be better. So most Men should be able to use this just fine. Because this is lightweight always let the saw do the cutting, can’t hurry it. My handyman used this for a quick cut and really liked it, planning to get one for his tool trailer. A miniature circular saw and I really like it.
