This is my 2nd order of these bands. I first bought them a few years ago. I use the regularly. Eventually, some of the broke and snapped, but that is to be expected when you use them a lot.

I got these for mobility type work for shoulders and hip flexors, as my thick bands I have for leg day are too strong for mobility work. These are perfect! So many levels of resistance to choose from, not bulky, and so cute. We'll see how long they hold up for (I've only used them twice). But they work excellently.

I’ve ordered these twice. Sometimes my granddaughter “borrows” them. I really only use the heavy and medium. They do t roll and have never broken. You won’t regret buying and they are so packable.

I don't like cheap rubber bands that smell. However, this band is harmless to the human body and the quality of the product is good. I recommend this to you.

These elastic bands work for a beginner as well as a very strong person. Each band is different. Definitely worth buying

I purchased these back in 2019 and still have them !! So it's been like 4 years. They are very durable and I love working out with them when my workout routine calls for it.

Well made and seem like they will last. Well packaged for ease when traveling. Would buy again.

Its meant for many different uses but all and all it serves its purpose and is a good substitute for anything fitness related plus the convenience of being able to use it is a plus
