Love these bands! The cost is what caught my eye first. And I've had them for almost a week now and have used them everyday so far. Makes squats and floor exercises for glutes and legs much more intense. I have definitely noticed a difference! ! Great, inexpensive product.

The bands arrived quickly and well packaged. The storage is very handy. At first I thought they might be too flimsy, but they are fine. The different levels work well for different exercises and different body zones. These are a good addition to my workout at a great price.
