These flimsy, poor qualtity bands do not represent the resistance weight advertised. The black and blue ones are like the least resistance band of reputable brands.

Used these bands about 60 times and they broke right at the folded seam. I emailed their customer service, waited a month for a reply and NOTHING! They left me on read. Buy another brand or the fabric bands. That is what I did!

I purchased these excited to expand my gear with bands, after using cords for so long. I had the set for less than a month, using it daily for leg raises, squats and tricep pulls. The blue "light" band snapped while in use and hit me! It was very startling and I was shocked as I have had resistance cords that last for years. I immediately feared using them again and contacted customer service. I was hoping to get a reasonable explanation for the malfunction and an offer to replace it the band. All I have received is crickets. Nothing. Nada. Not even the courtesy of a response. So if you fear your eye balls being slapped with cheap rubber, have small children, pets or fragile decor that can be harmed by the force projectile weight rubber bands, THIS IS NOT THE PRODUCT FOR YOU.

I was looking for some budget bands to assist in my training. I literally put the extra light band over my thighs (im not even that large of a person) to do a squat, and it immediately snapped. Returned it the next day. They also do not stick or stay in place they are wayyyyy to slippery. Don’t recommend, invest a few more dollars into cloth ones.

These continue to roll up and hurt your legs so bad. I will be returning these.

If I could give a zero to these I would. My friend bought these awhile ago and she loved them. We went to the gym and I instantly wanted a pair. However, this bands now are NOT THE SAME. They are rubbery and the material is now horrible. DO NOT BUY THESE. I know there are lots of amazing reviews but that is for how they used to be made. These bands roll up and get stuck together instantly. I spend most of my time using these untwisting the plastic band from itself. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this product. The picture I provided shows how rubbery and shiny the new one is compared to how they used to be made. Update: I was sent new bands and these are completely different material. They are great. If you have the same issue as I did I recommend contacting them, and they will send you a new set because that set is most likely defective like mine.

Didn’t like how thin and flimsy the bands were. Tended to roll up on me as I tried using them. Gets sticky and soft to the point where it’s not usable

They slip if you’re sweaty. Very thin and not very stretchy.

I just opened this package about 6 hours ago. I noticed the bands had sort of a smell (not quite plastic-y, but definitely chemical), but it didn't seem too bad. ...Well, six hours later and I feel queasy from the chemical smell these are giving off, the whole room is heavy with the smell of it, and it was spreading to the rest of the house so I had to put these bands back in the box they came in. I even used these bands for about 20 minutes after I got them out of the box - before the smell got stronger and stronger - and it seems like the smell stuck to my skin and clothing where it was in contact for minutes at a time for reps of different exercises. Gross! I'm going to have to shower to get this smell off my skin, and return this order ASAP. Not happy.

I do not know what the slimy stuff is that is all over the bands but it is nasty!
