We have a 45 Qt cooler and lost the drain plug. No idea where to get a replacement, no contact information from Landworks. Cooler is great, the inability to get replacement parts is a problem.

Updated.....Ice lasts maybe 2 days. Would not recommend for the price.

Product did not have the pressure release valve as advertised. The cooler was advertised as a ten da ice retention.

Large bag of ice lasts 3 days tops at 76 degrees? Opened quickly maybe 3 times a day?

Claims of 10 day ice are very exaggerated. 15lb of ice lasted all of 3 days, and a 10 lb bag not even 24hours. Could get a whole lot cheaper (like a simple styrofoam cooler) and get the same results.

I was hoping it would be better than my igloo but it’s not ? The only difference is that it cost 4 times as much. I use a cooler everyday to keep water and lunches in . Still looking !

We live on a boat. We bought this cooler because it said it kept ice for 5 days in testing. We keep water and beer in it and refill the beverages every week. We still have to get 2 10lbs. bags of ice every day if in port or every other day. Does NOT keep ice well.
