These worked great and sounded really good as well. Until they didn't. Just randomly stopped working and charging. Fast blinking red light indicating some sort of problem or error. And from my research/reading it seems alot of people have had this problem. Definitely a bummer because they did sound really good during the time they worked.

First the left one stopped connecting. Now the right one won’t. Not even heavy enough to be a paperweight.

I have to say I purchased these solely on the fact that they were on Amazon brand, I swear by anything that Amazon makes but in this case I chose badly. the sound on these earbuds is so bad and so tinny I don’t know how they got out of the quality control area. I would’ve liked to have had them replaced, But they were not unfortunately so now I’m stuck with a pair of earbuds I don’t use

I got these in November 2020, but they sat in my closet for six months before I started using them. They lasted less than a year before one ear bud started making high pitch noises when turning on. It would go away after a few minutes and act normally. Then a couple months later the same ear bud (left) started to make weird pops on low notes/frequencies which became unusable.

I experienced the same problem as the reviewer who said the product kept giving red blinking light and just wouldn't work. Since this was my 3rd pair, I had some idea of what might have been the problem. The battery had drained for too long sitting in the warehouse although this was not Tanga's fault since totally drained should not have been a problem once charge. After swapping the buds around, ie, moving the new buds to an existing case that was working and switching existing buds to the new case that won't charge. That didn't work. I downloaded the Alexa app and clicked sent report. After I did that, the right bud started to charge but the left still would not. I switched the buds between cases again and after some time the left bud started to charge. So, I was able to get it to work somehow. Will I buy it again? No. I really love the buds when they work. The Bose noise reduction was awesome. But the buds suffer from software glitches that render them unusable which was what happened to my one set. I did not know that my buds broke because of the software. I thought it broke because I dropped them. Only after experiencing the exact problem right out of the box when purchased new that I believed it was the firmware. I bought a set 'refurbished' from Woot (an Amazon subsidiary) with a newer firmware than the two sets I purchased brand new. The 'refurbished' one never had any glitches like one battery drained three times faster than the other depending on which bud was taken out of the box first. When these buds work, they are awesome. You get the Bose noise reduction technology at a fifth of the price. That was why I bought 3 sets. But after my experience with the blinking red light of death on 2 of these, I bought the real Bose this Christmas.

The batteries have failed after 13 months. No information on how to replace or return. Another throw away product from Amazon

If I could give zero stars I would. These did not last long. I can power them on, charge them, but can no longer pair them. They worked fine with the iPhone model I had when I purchased them but after forced to upgrade my phone they no longer pair with newer model. I’ve read every article I can find. Buds show up in Alexa app. Bluetooth is active and phone is discoverable. Still nothing. So they’ve just been sitting and I’ve had to buy other headphones.
