I've had these for quite some time and just now getting to the review. The left earbud completely stopped working in less than a year. I thought I was doing something wrong or maybe the earbud wasn't connecting close enough to the charging wires...but research shows that many other folks have had this issue too. I've considered buying another pair of earbuds...but I don't be buying them from Amazon again!

Bought these 3 years ago because my wife loves her set. I simply didn't use them cuz I misplaced them. I actually only used them twice in 3 years. Now that I found them, the left earbud has a critical fault. No way to fix or replace the left unit. Very expensive item that I got to use twice before failure.

I usually love everything “Amazon” but these are crap. The charge doesn’t last long, they are glitchy, fall off no matter what piece I use. Very very disappointed

These were great in the beginning, but now they won't even go into pairing mode when you push the button, so they are useless now. Very surprised that an Amazon product would do this.

Worked for a while, then left ear bud stopped charging. I know these are 2019 buds, but it appears that many people had the same issue, some after only having them one day. It makes me wonder about the new version having the same issue. And I’m not about to buy another left earbud for $60+. Too bad.

The case and headphones stopped charging and the case just blinks red.Called customer service twice and was not helped.

Bought 7 months ago and they stopped working

They kept telling me loudly “pair your echo buds in the Alexa app!” Over the audio of whatever I was listening to at the time. Over and over again every few minutes. I hate them.

Only after two years of use (and only on weekends), these earbuds are no longer functional. I have cheaper earbuds that are 5 years old and still work perfectly.

The right headphone stopped working after 8 months of use then the left one stopped working a few months later. You get what you pay for.
