Used 3 or 4 times and the case flashes red. Will not connect.

No way to deal with a single bud failing other than buying a whole new bud for more that the original pair cost.

Great while it worked, died out in few weeks, unable to pair, unable to reset, very frustrating, waste of time and money!!

Horrible experience dealing with amazon and the protection plan I purchased.Spent, multiple hours being tossed around from Allstate and Amazon support.Finally got refunded but at the expense of my sanity.

Gave these as a gift so I was waiting to hear back how they were before posting. My friend said she loves them and uses them every day. She works in a manufacturing plant so it helps cut down on the machine noise around her and says listening to music helps the day go by faster. Just glad she liked them!

Worked for less than a year then dead. Waste of money.

Bought these in 2020...just getting around to writing a review as I tried them and the right earbud stopped working and then started working again.I decided to give then another chance but then the charging case decided to give up the ghost and blink rapidly red and never take a charge so a waste of money.I have bought many in ear wireless earbuds and these sadly a failure. Especially for the price and lack of privacy.

I chatted with an Amazon support agent and he gave me advice on how to clean my earbuds to help with the sound, but the issues remains. Crackling noise on one side and perfect sound on the other. Not sure how this can be fixed but very frustrated this happened. Would not recommend others to buy these!!
