After moderate use over the last 2-1/2 years, I am extremely disappointed that one of my Echo Buds no longer charges. I've cleaned and checked the contacts with no luck. It is just dead. Wish I could get a replacement.

Mine died after being used less than ten times over the course of a year.

I used these a few days a week and they worked really well until a few months ago.. now they have a hard time staying connected volume goes up and down without touching anything and the left ear bud does a random very loud squeaking noise at random times.. which makes these not useable.. very disappointed

Worked well for a year, now only get about 5 minutes on each pod.

These stop charging just after a few uses

My echo buds had hardly been used and the left one has stopped charging completely. I have gone thru all the recommended options to try to get them to work properly and nothing works.

Has lots of issues and eventually stops working, then Amazon will give you 15% off a new set. Terrible product, a money making scheme selling trash.

After having these earbuds for a year and a half I started experiencing disconnection problems with the Bluetooth and the left ear piece begin to cut in and out with soundUpdate: This review just got worse. Amazon is one of the biggest and wealthiest companies in the world. I just got off the phone with customer service and the employee was fine , it’s the supervisors handling of this that’s a JOKE! I was told that Amazon will give me $21 since the earbuds are out of warranty by about 6 months. That’s horrible in my opinion and not taking care of the customer. I asked for a replacement and got denied. Don’t buy this product since one of the largest and richest companies in the world is willing to take your money and kick you to the curb over a small pair of ear buds just over $70 bucks. Very sad and very lame.

If they connect they are great, unless you work out then they say they aren't in ears and turn off music. Overall they suck. I ve bought ones for half the price that work better. Alexa feature barely works given that Alexa never follows instructions.
