I recently purchased this printer. Was eligible for the initial three month ink trail free. Yet, after completing the enrollment. And, only installing the enclosed cartridges that were included. The three months have only begun. Yet,they have already charged for initial monthly fee.

I bought it last month, very useful tool for my work station.

Just what I was looking for, a simple printer with scanner. Inexpensive is a plus though you get what you pay for. Strong suggestion... I was able to locate a simple step by step video online which made getting it up and running easier. "App" to me means on a smart phone which I do not have. Maybe an either/or in the directions would help.

It's a nice printer, but it took me a few days to get the correct software installed so it'd work properly. The printer setup via my mobile has you install one set of software, while my laptop has a different one

I just bought it, have only had time to test out printing capability.

Fast printing and easy to use. It keeps going offline, so every time I use it I have to unplug it and restart.

I bought 3 weeks ago a really good quality prints.. But had to hook up cables, wifi kept dropping off network connection.. Printer should come with cable so if someone else had the same problem we did..

Works great copying documents, like the wireless features

I bought this printer for school and I love it, I've had some problems with printing after the windows upgrade but I believe it is fully resolved. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a small but incredible printer!

Over the past month or so I've had this printer, I've had to figure out many functions on my own. The manual was inadequate, and I think I'm pretty tech savvy. That said, I've now used some form of every feature and am DELIGHTED with this printer. The printing comes out sharp and clear. Replacing the ink cartridges is a breeze. I'd have easily given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the initial struggle. Persevere!
