When it works it is great. But it seldom prints. I don’t know how to trouble shoot it. Right now the on/ off button light is blinking. Why I don’t know. I keep getting messages from insta ink which I do not use and did not sign up for. I prefer the HP ink.

If zero stars were an option… if you like printers that have connectivity issues, cartridge issues and a company with poor customer service then this one is for you!

Do not buy an HP printer! They want you to sign up for their Instant Ink subscription, which sends you cartirigades whether you need them or not. They make it very hard to find the button to opt out and constantly send you pop ups to subscribe. They want you to constantly have the printer connected to wifi so they can monitor your use and ensure you're not using ink from another company. There's also an app that you need and an account. A privacy nightmare! What happened to good products that just plugged in and worked. SCAM.

Had this printer 6 months and it already stopped working. Do not recommend

Prints slow. Literally JUST changed the ink, and only half my page is printing. DO NOT BUY.

Printer does not print well at all, spits out blank pages, and pages that you cant read. Do not spend your money on this. Genuinely a trash product, i have done all the maintenance required to provide a "quality" print and nothing helps. Takes me about an hour to usually get one page printed that is actually worth keeping. Would give a 0 if possible

This printer is a nightmare. It’s as if you need to re-set it up each time you use it. If you’re looking for something where you set it and forget it, this is the opposite of that. Haven’t printed in a month? Prepare to spend 30+ minutes troubleshooting. You’ll also be constantly buying expensive ink (every 100 pages or so) and they try to force their ink replenishment down your throat without telling you what it costs. Their cartridges contain a chip so you can’t get them replaced cheaply. Looks like a deal but is a bad value.

This printer never connected to my computer and only ever connected to my phone. HP has no service to call for help. I tried every action online without any luck

don’t even waste your time or money, it’s hard to set up and apart from that it keeps showing error messages when i did everything they said to
