I bought this couple weeks ago. Worked fine the first day or two then I tried printing from the computer, it wouldn’t. So I tried printing from my phone, same thing it didn’t. So I unplugged it and plugged it back in then it started to print the things I wanted in the first place but it wouldn’t stop. Something is really up with this printer. Wasted my money.

I spent 4 hours trying to set this printer up for wireless use and was unable to accomplish that task. The website was not easy to navigate and setup would stall and freeze. You would think somebody who has been in computers as long as HP could get it right.

WHEN I RECEIED MY HPDESKJET an took it out the box i did not get a manual for my printer so it was hard to know how to get it to my wifi i had to look it up on my computer

I was happy during the first 10 days but now I am very unhappy and frustrated because dies not work as promised and expected

I bought this thinking I would be getting the same number of printer I have been waiting for replace my under warranty for weeks now. This one showed up and I have been able to print 4 pages from, that’s it! No I do t suggest this. Bluetooth sucks or something. The HP app says printer is ready but it won’t print jobs I send to it

The instructions could be made clearer. Not everyone has done this before and need a little more detail. It came with nothing. I had to go to YouTube to watch a video.

The copy quality is good and printer size is compact.

My printer is hooked up to 600 Mb per second of Internet speed. Yet somehow it takes me anywhere from two minutes to two hours to print a single page... Sometimes nothing even prints at all. In order to print, I have to unplug the printer, press the power button, wait for the WiFi light to be solid blue— then I can’t just send things to printer (even with it listed as an option on my device) I HAVE to use to HP Smart printer app... and even then if I wait longer than a few minutes, I know I have to restart the process cuz I’ve literally waited all day with the loading screen until finally it says its done and it’s only printer half the page... so yeah if you’re patient... VERY patient. You can use this printer as an alternative to frequent visits to a print shop. But if you’re not printing a lot? Just go to a print shop. And if you’re heavily printing each day? Get a different printer.

The printer is fully functional with no issues, but the set up was very confusing. I tried using the directions but they were telling me to press buttons that don’t exist on the printer, I even asked my friend who is more tech savvy to help me and neither of us could figure it out. I still have it, it still works, but it has never been used since I can’t get it set up. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
