bought to replace a hp wireless but had to use a usb cable to get it to work

Prints slow I had to buy a cord and I had to look up the software it was kind of difficult

Very difficult to get connected to Wi-Fi. Multiple calls and lengthy calls to Tech Support.

i got it to work but it doesn't work as good as my old hp printer which looks almost the same

I can say it looks nice but that's all I can say. I can't figure out how to set it up. I downloaded the HP smart app for directions nothing there. It says I can printout complete set up instructions, that's great but I don't even know how to put the ink in the printer. So right now is probably not the best time to do a review since I still can't even use it.

I have been purchasing and using home computer products since the 1980s. For the first time I have been unable to set up and use a peripheral product successfully. The instructions included are woefully inadequate for easy installation. For the price of the product one would think a printer cable would be included. Wireless installation is not an option for everyone. I'm rethinking my years-long use of HP products.

Just bought week ago. Set up easy, very light weight, fits under my ladder shelf, size is good. My second wireless printer. The time between hit ‘print’ on lap top to printer engaging takes so long I found myself examining it thinking it wasnt working.

worked out only because needed one quick for business,good copies,but inconvenient do to network only and sets upon network and not computer,if networks down or changes the network wifi ,no print unless there is a hidden feature to change that

Setup is taking too long....my son has a new Chromebook, but is having a hard time connecting to this printer....we really need to print...thinking about sending it back.

This is the second 2700 series I've purchased in one month. I returned the first one but made the mistake of buying another one in the same series. It has nothing to offer. Next time I will pay extra for more.
