[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a 23 year old student , and I’d like to think somewhat tech savvy . However , I have not been able to figure out this printer . It’s been a desk decoration for over two weeks .

I have had it 2 weeks now and have not been able to scan, print or copy even a single sheet! I'm saddened and feel let down. The included ink cartridges didn't seem to fit right, and have seemingly become jammed inside the machine. There are no included instructions (at least none that proved useful.) I'll keep trying but if I had it to do over, I'd try a different brand or model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lousy. Unable to make sense of set-up directions, very complicated. Too many "if that didn't work,go to... and try this" things. Traded it to guy I took it to for set-up. Having SERIOUS 2nd thoughts about HP for future purchases.

Too confusing. I can't use it. Very disappointed. I wouldn't have written a bad review but you kept asking my opinion.
